A few years ago found myself in so much back pain, that eventually could not get out of bed! Went to another chiropractor who was right for me at that time. He was able to help me walk again and gain mobility back without pain. Even though I was not 100% better stopped going due to other things in life that took over.

Later with a nagging pain went looking for another chiropractor, One I found was too aggressive, for me with how they adjusted my spine..caused more pain.

Then found True Balance, it was the perfect fit for me!! Dr. Alissa’s approach is more holistic with passive manipulation. I’ve been seeing her for a year with great results! Chiropractic care is now a regular part of my health routine because it works and I’m stronger and not in pain! So, happy to have found her :-))
